Dashboard ↗Key unplugged
Click into any reply box: the cat sits by it. Press the right ⌥ Option + M (the Option key next to M) and Purrsona drafts in your voice for that person. Click the cat (or tap ⌥ Option twice) to change it ("shorter", "add my emojis") or ask why. Edit it the way you'd really write it and press Reply: the cat learns from what you send and saves it to the key. Unplug the key and try again to see the generic version. Open the console to see the graph's "why" in detail.
Two modes, and why. The hackathon's data rule is "public, synthetic or your own; nothing private", so:
WhereWhat the cat doesWhat it reads
Public posts: LinkedIn, X, RedditOption+M drafts a reply in your voiceonly the post you're replying to, when you press the key
Private apps: Slack, Teams, Gmail, DMstype a rough message, Option+M rewrites it in your voiceonly what you typed, never the conversation; who it's for comes from the message box's own name ("Message Neha Kulkarni"), and in a group it asks
Try the private kind in the two made-up chats at the bottom of this page.

We're rolling out the new service portal to all our stores next month. Thank you to everyone who helped us get here.

# team-launch

A made-up group chat, like Slack or Teams. The cat never reads these messages: type your own rough reply, press the right ⌥ Option + M, and tell it who it's for.
Neha KulkarniThe approval flow is live in production. Can you check the dashboard numbers before the client call?
Neha KulkarniAlso, are we still on for the demo tomorrow at 3?

Neha Kulkarni

A made-up direct message. The message box says who it's for, so the cat doesn't need to ask (it still never reads the messages).
Neha KulkarniQuick one: can you review my update set before Friday's release?
